Toronto Florist Canadiana Flowers can deliver flowers, plants and specialty gifts to almost every address throughout Canada & USA. Our affiliation with Teleflora and FTD gives us the opportunity to deliver to more than 150 different countries across the globe.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

• Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. We ensure a similar look and feel of the arrangement depicted online however due to seasonal availability of flowers we may have to make some substitutions. 
• Taxes are calculated on prevailing rates in the delivery area.

Every attempt is made to ensure timely delivery of your flowers. However delays may occur during:

• Peak holiday periods
• Poor weather conditions
• Poor traffic conditions

QUESTIONS REGARDING DELIVERIES

Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone. (There is a delivery fee that will be added to your order.)

Outside the United States and Canada, flower and plant orders placed by 12p.m. Eastern Time can be delivered the next business day.

EXOTIC FLOWERS & PLANTS

Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants in certain regions, we may require an additional 24 hours to order specific flowers from our wholesalers.

• At times we can accommodate specific requests if notified within a reasonable amount of time.

Deliveries destined for the USA will be charged in US Dollars

International Flower Deliveries

Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability.

(Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required.) 

Handling fee for international orders is $29.95

• If a recipient is not at home, we reserve the right to leave the flowers at the door (whether pending), with a neighbour, concierge or receptionist. 
• A redelivery charge will be applied to your credit card if we are given an incorrect address and we have to redeliver the flowers on the same day or next day.
• If you need a guaranteed time for delivery PLEASE CALL US.  We can not promise or guarantee delivery times during the day unless a prior verbal arrangement has been made with our customer service team.
• There may be additional charges for special delivery times and special deliveries.
